Ngampilan studio is located in the city of Muntilan, Magelang regency, which is geographically located ± 10 km from Borobudur temple.
Ngampilan studio art studio which is focused on the art of craft or carving with the basic materials of stone and animal skins.
The basic ingredients we use are:
- Black Stone, which is derived from volcanic lava;
- White Stone is solid stone and creamy brown because of natural processes
- Other Stone adjust orders as Onix / green stone, etc. paras.
- The skin of animals: buffalo, cows for making shadow puppets
For the moment the majority of our products using Hitan stones and white stones that we get from the area around the slopes of Mount Merapi ( for the black stone) and the Jogjakarta area ( for white stone) .
Arcade Ngampilan active in the development of craft works of art ranging from home interiors to art objects other in the form of a variety of statues. The results of our studio' s work has spread in various regions in Indonesia.
Until now Ngampilan Studios still continue to produce and develop works of art new craft for the satisfaction of our customers and lovers of art craft.
Ngampilan studio is working on a collection of artists carve almost all types of carved stone and animal skins:
- Stone reliefs, statues / sculpture, etc..
- Animal skins: wayang kulit ( including paintingnya) etc..
We accept the order of units or large parties. Extra services that we provide are: the creation of carved design ( to your liking) .
Relief from stone or leather is very appropriate and beautiful when displayed on the wall ( planted or hung) and also the garden. Even so the statues, very compatible, if presented as exterior or interior.
